BSM304 crack repair material of our company is mainly used for the repair of surface cracks in concrete. It is a penetrating crystalline powder material. This product has catalytic activity characteristics. They react with the hydration products of cement to form needle-like crystals that are insoluble in water. I．Product Introduction
BSM304 crack repair material of our company is mainly used for the repair of surface cracks in concrete. It is a penetrating crystalline powder material. Ⅱ. Product Features
This product can penetrate into concrete, repair concrete cracks, and further penetrate into the concrete. More importantly, if cracks reappear in the concrete due to the external environment in the later stage, this product will re-catalyze water and unhydrated cement particles, generating dendritic crystals that clog the pores of the concrete and seal the cracks. This effect will continue in a cycle, automatically tracking and self-healing cracks and structural defects, and ultimately improving the durability of concrete.
Ⅲ. Application Scope
This product is suitable for foundations and walls, elevated slabs and slopes, parking lot buildings, water towers and bridge decks. When used together with the admixture type waterproofing agent, it forms an integrated crack repair system. It is applied to foundations, walls, elevated slabs and ramps, parking lot buildings, water towers, bridge decks and water pools.
IV. Shelf Life of Packaging
The packaging of crack repair materials is divided into 5kg per bag and 20kg per bucket.
The product must be stored in a dry environment and has a validity period of one year.
