BSM302 concrete self-healing crystalline waterproof coating is a powdered waterproof material made by adding various active chemical substances to special Portland cement, refined quartz sand and other base materials. This product has catalytic properties. After coming into contact with water, the active substances in the material penetrate into the concrete with water as the carrier, continuously generating chemical reactions. They react with the hydration products of cement to form needle-like crystals that are insoluble in water. As these crystals grow continuously, they fill the capillary channels and fine cracks inside the concrete, thereby enhancing the concrete's density and water resistance.

I. Product Introduction
BSM302 concrete self-healing crystalline waterproof coating is a powdered waterproof material made by adding various active chemical substances to special Portland cement, refined quartz sand and other base materials. This product has catalytic properties. After coming into contact with water, the active substances in the material penetrate into the concrete with water as the carrier, continuously generating chemical reactions. They react with the hydration products of cement to form needle-like crystals that are insoluble in water. As these crystals grow continuously, they fill the capillary channels and fine cracks inside the concrete, thereby enhancing the concrete's density and water resistance.
Even if the surface of the concrete structure is locally damaged and leaks, the self-healing crystalline waterproof coating will crystallize and repair itself (0.4mm cracks) after coming into contact with water. No other waterproof layer repair is required. It has the characteristics and performance of waterproofing, anti-seepage and self-repair, and has extremely strong anti-seepage pressure capacity. The waterproof layer and concrete form a complete system without separation and no hollowing occurs. It can be cured simultaneously with the concrete structure. It has the functions of multiple self-healing and repair, enhancing the ability to resist seepage, and maintaining a long-lasting waterproof effect.
Ⅱ. Scope of Application
It is used for waterproofing construction of new and repaired projects such as tunnels, underground continuous walls, cable ducts, underground culverts, basements of industrial and civil buildings, bathrooms and toilets, reservoirs, water pools, swimming pools, elevator shafts, etc.
Ⅲ. Base surface treatment
The base surface must be solid and stable, clean, flat, free of standing water, dust, oil stains, peeling substances and other debris. Before construction, thoroughly moisten the concrete base surface (without standing water). This can accelerate the chemical reaction between the special active chemical substances in the product and the substances within the concrete, and at the same time enhance the adhesion between the waterproof material and the base surface.
Notes:
1.Before construction, pay attention to the weather forecast. Construction is prohibited on rainy days or in an environment with a temperature below 5℃.
2.Store in a sealed container at a temperature above 2.5℃ in a cool and dry place. Avoid long-term exposure to the air and keep away from water.
Shelf life: 24 months.
3. Leakage points and gaps should be dealt with first before large-scale construction can be carried out. Special waterproof parts should be appropriately raised

4. This product is non-hazardous and meets the transportation requirements. Avoid rain exposure and damage to the packaging caused by bumps and drops.
IV. Construction Methods
Brushing application: The ratio of material to water is 1:0.3;
Spraying construction: The ratio of material to water is 1:0.4.
Add water in proportion and stir until it becomes a sticky paste. Wait for 10 minutes and then stir again until the powder is completely free of particles. According to different base surfaces and on-site construction conditions, the ratio of material to water can be slightly adjusted, which generally does not affect the waterproofing effect. The construction dosage is 0.8-1.5kg/m², and the coating thickness is 0.8-1.0mm. After the first layer has dried and solidified, apply the second coat. The direction of the second coat should be perpendicular to that of the first layer. To prevent cracks and powdering on the coating surface, the waterproof coating should be kept moist and sprayed with spray water for curing. It is necessary to spray 3 to 4 times a day. If the weather is hot and dry, the frequency of spraying should be increased. It must be protected from rain and frost within two days after the construction. When used in a long-term water immersion environment, the waterproof layer should be cured for at least 14 days before water can be stored.

V. Shelf Life of Packaging
The waterproof coating products are packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 20kilograms per drum.
The product must be stored in a dry environment and has a validity period of one year.
