BSM301 concrete self-healing crystalline admixture is a powder material mainly composed of Portland cement and active chemical substances. It is used in cement concrete mixtures. This material is a hydrophilic crystalline admixture specifically used to create permanently waterproof concrete.
BSM301 concrete self-healing crystalline admixture can improve the impermeability of concrete and is used to replace external waterproofing membranes and organic coatings. By preventing water from passing through the concrete, the product can protect the concrete bars from chemical attacks and corrosion, increasing the durability and service life of the concrete. The specific principle is that when the admixture is added to the concrete, the product will undergo a chemical reaction with water and unhydrated cement particles, generating needle-like crystals that fill the capillary pores and fine cracks in the concrete and block the channels through which water and water-borne contaminants can penetrate. It can extend the service life of concrete and ensure its permanent waterproofing.

Concrete used for underground parking structures, basements, elevator pits, high-rise tower foundations, reservoirs, water storage tanks, sewage treatment pools, Bridges, DAMS and highway infrastructure, etc., which require the highest level of protection and durability.

BSM301 self-healing crystalline admixture is a powdered waterproofing agent with a unique crystallization effect. This product is added during the batching of concrete or cement mortar, that is, it is used simultaneously with cement, saving labor and time. It makes the structure waterproof, anti-corrosive and enhances its strength.
The addition amount of the product: 0.8% to 2.0% of the cement mass in the concrete.

IV. Shelf Life of Packaging
The admixture products are packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 20 kilograms per drum.
The product must be stored in a dry environment and has a validity period of one year.
