Details

Zongshen JT-HPRA polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a carboxylate grafted copolymer concrete admixture developed by Zongshen Company, featuring ultra-high slump retention. The product is highly adaptable to various concrete materials and requires low dosage. It is especially suitable for concrete projects requiring long-term fluidity retention, high-temperature slump retention, medium-to-low slump retention, precast pumping, etc.

I. Product Features

1. High slump retention: Concrete slump and spread can be maintained without loss for 3-4 hours, and the initial and final setting times of concrete can be extended by 5-8 hours according to construction requirements.

2. When used in combination with water reducers, it better meets the workability requirements of concrete mixtures and ensures the final performance of hardened concrete.

3. Chloride-free, non-corrosive to steel bars, improves the durability of concrete.

4. Strong adaptability: The product is suitable for various specifications and strength grades of cement, and has good compatibility with mineral slag, fly ash and other active admixtures.

5. Stable product performance, non-toxic and non-polluting, no layering during long-term storage, no crystallization in winter.

6. This product is a colorless or light brown transparent liquid, with a solid content of 40+1%, water reduction rate ≥25%, density 1.08+0.02kg/m³

II. Application Range

1. Suitable for mass concrete, self-compacting concrete, medium-to-low slump concrete, high-strength concrete, etc., constructed under hot weather conditions.

2. Suitable for precast, pipe piles, pumping, long-distance transportation, flowable concrete of various grades, medium-to-high grade concrete and ultra-high strength concrete.

3. Applicable to precast and cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete in the construction of industrial and civil buildings, roads, bridges, ports and wharves, airports, high-speed railways, etc.

IV. Usage

1. Recommended dosage: 0.2-1.2% of the binder.

2. It is recommended to conduct mix design tests before use to determine the optimal dosage.

3. Compatibility tests should be conducted when changing cement types.

4. This product is a high-content water reducer. Before using it with other types of admixtures, it must be tested to determine compatibility.

V. Packaging and Storage

1. Tank trucks or plastic tons can be used for transportation, and special packaging can be provided according to customer requirements.

2. The shelf life of this product is one year. If there is any precipitation within the warranty period, it should be stirred evenly before use, which will not affect the effect.

Containers containing this product must be sealed to prevent sun exposure and freezing.

VI. Precautions

1. Compatibility tests should be conducted when updating cement types or using new cement.

2. The correct dosage must be used according to the test mix ratio, and the construction should be strictly carried out according to the construction specifications when pouring concrete.

3. It should not be used in combination with naphthalene-based admixtures. When used in combination with other admixtures, their compatibility should be tested first.

4. As with conventional concrete projects, curing must be strengthened according to construction specifications.

5. For concrete construction in winter, it is recommended to take measures such as covering with straw and plastic film for frost protection and heat preservation, and to strengthen curing according to construction specifications.
