Identifying the Need: The blending material has high moisture content, resulting in low cement mill output. There are frequent occurrences of ball formation in the cement mill and materials failing to enter the mill.
Meeting the Need: (1) Analysis of the grinding system: There is a phenomenon of over grinding; Grinding internal grading and structural issues; Low powder selection efficiency, high cycle load rate, insufficient work done by the roller press system;
(2) Recommended Measures: ① Optimization of the grinding machine system; ② In response to the current unreasonable grading of cement particles, it is recommended to adopt a 45um sieve residue to control the fineness, and to find the best control index for 45um sieve residue Find the best SO3 control indicators; ⑤ Optimization of materials; ⑥ Optimization of powder selection machine; ⑦ Optimization of roller press system; ⑧ Optimization of grinding aids;
