The signing ceremony for the joint establishment of an eco-environmental industry "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community" by Shandong Zhongsen Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Shandong ShuiFa Environmental Protection Group was successfully held.

On the morning of October 14th, a cooperation framework agreement signing ceremony was grandly held at Shandong ShuiFa Building between Shandong ShuiFa Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., the Shandong Ecological Environment Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community, and Shandong Zhongsen Solid Waste Resource Recycling Research Institute Co., Ltd., the platform company of the Shandong Solid Waste Resource Recycling Innovation Center. Both sides will establish a solid strategic partnership, and in the future, with Shandong Province as the core area, they will join forces in the ecological environment industry to jointly build the Shandong Ecological Environment Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community, serving the ecological environment industry throughout the province and even the entire country.

Deputy Director-General of the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and Captain of the 12th Service Team for High-Quality Development of Provincial-Level Enterprises, Pan Jun, Wang Yan, Deputy Director-General of the High-Tech Department of the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission; Yu Jitao, President of the Henan Business Association of Shandong Province and Director of the Shandong Solid Waste Recycling Innovation Center; Guo Wenqian and Liu Ke, Deputy Directors of the Shandong Solid Waste Resource Recycling Innovation Center; Liu Xiaojun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shandong ShuiFa Group; and Lu Yongqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shandong ShuiFa Environmental Protection Group, attended the ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, President Yu Jitao spoke first, stating that the reform and opening up Over the past 40 years, the state-owned economy and the private economy have complemented and promoted each other, achieving the miracle of the Chinese economy. Under the current transformation of the traditional dualistic social structure and government service transformation, the mutual integration of various economic components has become the dominant trend. Today, with the help and support of the 12th Service Team for High-Quality Development of Provincial-Level Enterprises, the cooperation between ShuiFa Environmental Protection Group and Zhongsen Research Institute has pioneered the integration and cooperation between the state-owned economy and the private economy. With the strong participation of ShuiFa Environmental Protection Group, the Shandong Ecological Environment Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community will undoubtedly be further strengthened in achieving its established goals.

Yu Jitao emphasized the introduction of the Ecological Environment Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community, starting from market demand, gathering and optimizing the allocation of various innovative resources of “government, industry, academia, research, finance, use, and service”, enhancing the capacity of scientific and technological innovation supply, integrating the upstream and downstream scientific research forces of the industrial chain for joint research, and accelerating the platform construction and development planning for breakthroughs in key technologies and industrialization in key areas. He stated that the diversified cooperation between the two parties will focus on three major areas: platform, capital, and project construction, gradually refining, deepening, optimizing, and strengthening them to jointly serve the Shandong ecological environment industry, achieving shared benefits, symbiosis, and win-win results.

General Manager Lu Yongqiang delivered a welcome speech and introduced the development of Shandong ShuiFa Group. Shandong ShuiFa Group is a provincial-level state-owned wholly-owned enterprise. As a leading enterprise in Shandong Province in the field of ecological environmental protection, since its establishment, it has adhered to the tenet of “Benevolence is like water, development benefits the people” and the concept of “serving society, serving the economy, and serving the overall situation”. Following the business strategy of “based in Shandong, layout nationwide, and go global; rooted in water affairs, focusing on people’s livelihood, and diversified development”, it has developed into the largest water affairs group in Shandong Province in terms of asset scale, the most complete industrial chain, and the strongest comprehensive strength.

Regarding this cooperation, Lu Yongqiang emphasized that ShuiFa Environmental Protection Group will join forces with Shandong Zhongsen Solid Waste Research Institute Co., Ltd. in the ecological environment industry to jointly build the ecological environment industry innovation and entrepreneurship community, jointly initiate the establishment of the Shandong Ecological Environment Association, participate in the construction of the Shandong Solid Waste Resource Recycling Innovation Center platform company and the construction of landing projects, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the Shandong ecological environment industry.

Deputy Director-General Pan Jun congratulated the cooperation between ShuiFa Environmental Protection and Shandong Zhongsen Solid Waste Resource Recycling Research Institute Co., Ltd., and put forward requirements and hopes for the next step of cooperation: First, to improve and innovate the cooperation mechanism and do the work solidly; second, to complement each other's advantages and form new advantages through cooperation; third, to provide the talent teams of both parties with the potential for improvement and development; fourth, to build a good platform, build a highland for innovative development of the environmental protection industry, and become the center and base for ecological environmental protection research and development and innovation in the province; and fifth, to use projects as a link, efficiently utilize the resources owned by both parties, and improve the technology and efficiency of results transformation.
