ZS-OPC Cement Grinding Aid is a specialized liquid grinding aid suitable for P·O 42.5/52.5 pure clinker low-admixture cement. It is formulated according to GB/T 26748 standard, with the core functions of improving 28-day strength, stabilizing grade, and optimizing particle size distribution, while also taking into account grinding assistance and energy saving. It is suitable for general-purpose Portland cement production lines for both domestic and international sales.
How Does It Work?
Particle Dispersion: Neutralizes static charges on cement particle surfaces during grinding, preventing agglomeration and reducing the "cushioning effect" inside the mill. OPC clinker has a high proportion and is prone to agglomeration, resulting in a significant dispersion effect.
Grinding Efficiency: By keeping particles separated, it allows the grinding media to work directly on the clinker, reducing energy consumption per ton.
Strength Activation: The active components chemically interact with cement phases (C₃S, C₂S), promoting more complete hydration and contributing to both early and late strength development.
