What is ZS-Slag Cement Grinding Aid?
ZS-Slag Cement Grinding Aid is a liquid functional grinding aid specifically developed for P.S and P.S.A high-slag Portland cements, complying with the national standard GB/T 26748. Its core formulation features high-activity slag activation components combined with long-lasting strength-enhancing alkanolamines, specifically addressing challenges such as the high inertness of slag glassy phases, low early strength, insufficient 28-day strength, difficult grindability of slag, and mill coating tendencies. It is suitable for production lines with slag content ranging from 30% to 70%.
How Does It Work?
Particle Dispersion: Neutralizes static charges on cement particle surfaces during grinding, preventing agglomeration and reducing the "cushioning effect" inside the mill.
Grinding Efficiency: Reduces the surface hardness of slag particles, refines the powder, optimizes the effective strength particle range of 3-32μm, and reduces the power consumption per ton of cement.
Strength Activation: The active components chemically interact with cement phases (C₃S, C₂S), promoting more complete hydration and contributing to both early and late strength development.
